Our client is a strong, successful and rapidly expanding multi-disciplined professional services business, based in London, which seeks a bolt-on acquisition of a small, innovation-driven professional practice.
Ideally this would suit a boutique accountancy or legal practice specialising in supporting tech-enabled scale-up businesses operating in fast-growth and / or dynamic sectors.
A continued role for existing owners within the enlarged business could be considered, or an earn-out over an appropriate period. Retention of the remaining team would be required.
Location is not critical, but a London or South-East based firm would be desirable.
